01
What it is
A facilitated annual planning cycle. We work with your leadership team and the teams that will carry the plan: combining the competing lists into one, agreeing the criteria before the arguing starts, scoring with the people closest to the work, and testing the result against the capacity you actually have.
02
What you get
One prioritized plan for the year, agreed by the people who have to deliver it. Written criteria that say what your organization values. A capacity view showing what fits and what does not. A record of what you deferred or stopped and why. And a written change protocol: who can revisit a commitment, on what grounds, and who has to be told.
03
How it runs
A first session to set up the frame — who decides, what counts, what is eligible. Then the planning cycle itself over four to six weeks, run around your existing meetings rather than on top of them. Then one follow-up session after the year starts, when the first real change arrives.
04
Who it is for
Organizations where several teams draw on the same people, and where the people carrying out the plan are not the people who set it. It is the right engagement if last year’s plan quietly stopped describing what anyone was doing, and nobody could say exactly when.
05
Why this time of year
What you decide in the next few weeks sets what you will say no to for a year, and you are deciding it before anything has slipped. The same work costs far more in March, when it has to be done under pressure and in public.
06
The platform
We can set up Priorities.ai so the plan, its history and its reasoning stay in one place your team can read all year — and hand it over, or license it to you, when we leave. The engagement also runs without it.
07
What it costs
Scope and price are agreed in a first conversation, once we know how many teams are involved and how long your cycle runs. That conversation is free and takes about thirty minutes.
08
When to start
Before your first planning meeting. The frame is what makes the rest of the cycle work, and it has to be in place before people arrive with their lists.
