Engagements built around decisions you are making now.

We work alongside your leadership team on the decisions in front of you now: which priorities hold, what they commit the organization to, and how they change. You leave with commitments people can act on, a way to revisit them, and a record of why.

02The right fit

A conversation is most useful at these moments.

A new role

You have just taken the job

A new head of product or VP has a window in which organizational change is possible in a way it will not always be. The first 90 days are the best time to put a process in place.

A cycle that did not hold

The last plan came apart

Priorities were set in a meeting everyone attended and nobody trusted. The reasoning dispersed. Weeks later someone senior reopened the list, and you want a clear account of why.

Approaches that faded

You have tried other things

OKRs, quarterly rituals, stack ranking, a strong product lead with good instincts. All genuine attempts at a real problem. If you have been through them, the conversation starts at a different level.

03What to expect

The first conversation.

About 45 minutes, by video or phone. No preparation needed.

01

You tell us what you are working through

We ask about your current process in specifics: what happens when a priority shifts, how teams find out, and how they judge whether it was the right call. You do not need to have diagnosed the problem first.

02

We tell you what we are hearing

We name which failure mode you are experiencing — forgetting, friction or drift — and where it starts. This is a read on your situation, not a pitch, and you can do what you like with it.

03

We work out whether there is a fit

Either we agree on a next step, or we point you to someone better suited, or we close it cleanly. In every case you leave with a clearer read on your own situation than you arrived with.

04Common questions

The practice, the platform, and what you commit to.

01

How is this different from an offsite?

We work on a live organizational decision, establish the rules and authority around it, and leave a durable record. The engagement is designed to change how the next decision is made, not only produce agreement in the room.

02

Is the software separate?

No. Priorities.ai is used in the work and delivered through a Peak Priorities engagement. The practice and platform are established together; the software is not sold as a standalone subscription.

03

How is the work scoped and priced?

Scope follows the decision, the people who must participate, and the cadence required. After the first conversation, we provide a written proposal with the work, duration, deliverables, and cost before you commit.

04

What do we leave with?

A decision your teams can act on, the reasoning and authority behind it, and a shared method for revisiting it when conditions change.
